Can you make the blink recharge timings more consistent? Currently, if you blink once, wait 2 seconds and then blink again the timer will reset and you need to wait another 3 seconds before you get one blink back, making it 5 seconds total.

In Overwatch blinks won't reset the timer and if possible it will always take 3 seconds for a blink to recharge, even if you use other blinks inbetween that.

hey can you make like when you equip an entity (prob the ecellerator) that you get the abilites? i dont want everyone on the server to instantly have the abilitys
