I did read previous reports and No, the textscreen's invisible prop is not obstructed by anything whatsoever. Even when put against a non-prop map element (such as a solid) it vanishes. Also the textscreen does spawn successfully, it is simply non visible.

EDIT: I figured it out. I guess there were simply too many props in proximity. Apologies to the creator for bothering.
