Obviously unbindall doesn't do it, and I don't really understand how anybody could think it could fool somebody going as far to check the discussions of the addon page.
to fix the issue with perm text you can't touch go here: addons/permaprops/lua/permaprops/sv_permissions.lua
comment out these 2 lines:
timer.Simple(5, function() hook.Remove("CanTool", "textScreensPreventTools") end) -- ♥♥♥♥ OFF
timer.Simple(5, function() hook.Remove("CanTool", "textscreenpreventtools") end)
--timer.Simple(5, function() hook.Remove("CanTool", "textScreensPreventTools") end) -- no you ♥♥♥♥ OFF
--timer.Simple(5, function() hook.Remove("CanTool", "textscreenpreventtools") end)
