I was wondering what was causing broken animations, Btw which npcs?

these npcs:
Barney Calhoun
Alyx
Dog
Vortigaunt
Strider (pill)
Combine Dropship (from working combine dropships)

Please fix

oly way to fix it is to uninstall addon. this addons overwrites some hl2 scripted sequences so that hl2ep1 and hl2ep2 scripted sequences work.

Actually, I'm having some problems too, specifically for the sequence welder_idle. Out of curiosity, how exactly do addons overwrite scripted sequences, and is there a way to manually fix this?

so if i uninstall the addon, the overwrites script sequence go back to normal?

i have the addon disabled for a long time and the vort animations still work

Yall need to think about it like this. Only run this addon when playing the Episodes or unless another mod needs these animations because all this mod does is replace the models and animations with their episodic counter parts, and because they are replacing the models and animations it means it is replacing the default HL2 animations. So just use this mod only when playing the Episodes.
