报告翻译问题
Sorry, yes it's not available to download from github because the build bot is broken at the moment.
tech details: the build bot needs access to some files from the game (which I obviously didn't not include in the repository since they are copyrighted), so the build bot download them from one of my websites, but that website is out of order now. I need to set it up once again with the required files.
In the meantime, you can download the official steamcmd from Valve here (just extract it in its own folder, there is no installation required): https://steamcdn-a.akamaihd.net/client/installer/steamcmd.zip
Once the client is up you'll get a prompt; login anonymously to steam as follow:
Steam>login anonymous
Then download this mod like this (294100 is Rimworld app ID and 1095331978 is this mod ID):
Steam>workshop_download_item 294100 1095331978
The steamcmd will download the mod and give you the path where the download is located on your local file system.
