just as the title says. It is a level 80 warrior mermaid in the beach on fjordur. i have normal level dinos, a bunch of mods but none of them changes how levels works (Maybe custom dino levels? it is on high level dinos, but it does not go over the 150 cao on normal dinos, 180 for dragons,etc).
