This is a well-known issue caused by gen1 using the Valguero ice golem. If you play modded Gen1 and do not either replace the arctic snow golem or have valguero installed, and a mod adds creatures to the gen1 tundra biome, it will cause crashing.

This is nothing on my end, rather a basegame issue.
