return give you 34 points to start, and here i get 55 points. is it same difficulty because of this?
its like 1/3 more points than in returns doesnt it brings disbalance?

HK era engine has more stats/abilities than Returns had. With 35 starting points, you'd have very few stats with more than a point or two in them.

Yes, it affects the balance, puts it more or less inline with HKs starting character build system.

If you're looking for a technical combat challenge, this won't be the place. The enemies are scales up to HK standards, but we made no modifications to the cash system from Returns... So you'll literally be swimming in your money vault like Scrooge McDuck.

This just lets you experience the returns game again, without the very dated interface and engine.
