New stats thread cause the other got nuked
+ Deals a whooping 100 base damage per shot.

- You only get one shot in the chamber, and six to spare.
- Extreme damage fall-off, does ♥♥♥♥-all beyond point-blank range.
- No damage ramp-up.
- No random critical hits.

ummm i think what would be nice is :

+Deals a little over 30 at long range 50 at close range and 35-45 at medium
+does extra damage towards building ubers and people on (jarate gas passer etc)

and the downsides would be -10% clipsize
-40% slower fireing speed

and finally as a hidden downside cannot shoot under water

I'd like to put together common stats I see people suggesting. Please note this is Post-Jungle Inferno

Can select from multiple bullet types for different effects with Reload (Must undergo exchange animation)
Standard (Red/Blue), Light (White), Heavy (Black), Jarate (Yellow), and Gas (Orange)
+(Universal) Silent Kill: No sound from gun or enemy response
+(White) 25% Faster reload speed, (Black) 30% Damage bonus, (Yellow) Applies Jarate that lasts 4 seconds, (Orange) Applies gas that lasts 4 seconds
-(Universal) 83% clip size
-(White) 20% Damage penalty, (Black) 50% Slower reload speed, (Yellow) 80% Damage penalty, (Orange) 100% damage penalty
-No random crits

Please take your time to think over my suggestions. If you have any other ideas, please let me know.

To answer any possible questions. The standard bullets are both team colored and do stock revolver damage. When exchanging bullets, the reload time is that of the newly selected bullet type. I did the oh-so-original remove random crits because a weapon with faster firing, stronger shots, AND self mini crits is just ASKING for trouble with RNG with it as well. The weapon stats I used were a little inspired from other weapons. White bullets are the gun version of the Jag, Black bullets are from the Brass Beast, Yellow from the Sydney Sleeper, and Orange from the Gas Passer.

The stats from Karma Charger's demonstration video are pretty great for this weapon.

Earn 2 (Stealths) by killing a enemy with this weapon, or your melee weapon. Can store up to 10 (Stealths).
With (Stealth): Allows you to fire this weapon and not losing your disguise.
Mini-crits targets when fired at their back from medium range.

20% bullet damage vulnerability on wearer while disguised.
-87% clip size.

The welrod was desighned for infiltration, how about double damamge to buldings , 1/2 to players? This would focus spy on bulding destruct vs. assasination. ( like Strager , but buldings instead of cloak)

for me it could be more like

no sound (still a buff)
disuise as the one you kill and the kill is silent (like eternal reward)
-90% clip size
mini crits from behind
no random crits

Purpose: a new approach to assassination of lime-hat kiddie scouts and australium-wielding MVP soldiers

Stats:
1) shots are silenced
2) the farther you are, the more damage inflicted
3) target marked for death for 4 seconds when shot
4) 1 shot in the barrel
5) clip size reduced by half
6) +20% reload time
7) cloak drained by 10% for each shot

I was thinking of this.

stats:
+ Silent killer
+ can shoot 6 shots while disguised before revealing your self
+doesn't alert engineers of sapped buildings (optional. seems busted)
+ buildings go offline for a while when shot (if other engie stat is way too op)

- reload after every shot
- 25% cloak time
- 15% damage
-No random crits

stats:+ 50% more damage +5% faster reload speed - 87% capacity + shots are more quiet - no random crits - jarate wont work with the weapon + on succesful backstab will gain two mini crits for the weapon

Dart Gun
Level 1 Dart Gun (Spy Primary)

(+)On hit: Target is marked for death for 30s
(+)On hit: Your teammates can see your target through walls (30s duration)
(+)Silenced weapon: Has a much quieter firing sound and an omnidirectional hit indicator
(-)On hit: Target visits Pyroland for 30s
(-)Only one active wallhack at a time (Can debuff multiple targets, but only your most recent target will be highlighted)
(unlisted) This weapon has a bottomless magazine, but has a 55% slower rate of fire

Sleeper Agent exists for those stats; I'd argue that the Karma Charger stats are honestly better than before, most pyro's and teammates should be spy checking anyways but the concept of reloading and being able to fire while disguised puts a whole new playstyle in order as well as a decreased likelihood of being noticed, aside from the Spy speed cap.
