With No Step Back DLC activated, no one can research anything related to motorized tree and armored car, because it overrides with new armor research page. I think they should be absorbed to armor or support tech pages. As i see, non of the AI creates armor variant, if they get any template from any event they produce only that variant, otherwise they create nothing new, so most of even great powers miss armor entirely.

As i checked, Turkey missing all of their political advisors, can't get any even with focuses. Also no military advisors. R56 Focus Tree and Vanilla Focus Trees can be remade, you can't bypass annex focuses even if that country doesn't exist anymore.
(EDIT: After verifying integrity of local files twice, advisor problems are solved)
