That is a memory issue. Unsubbing from addons and deleting models, materials from the SFM folders can fix this problem.

It only applies to the workshop folder. Dump everything into another folder and unsubscribe from it all.

fix bones when

I only have a small issue with the Papyrus model, the head bone is not in place (it is by his boots and moves it out of place when you rotate it).

when i try to move the legs, only the bone i marked moves, and not the whole leg

you should make so the bones can dissapear because, its hard trying to move the arm or the leg without the bones showing

The only problem i have is the fact that every bit of the Sans model is seperate, and that pretty much all the bones have to be connected via locking. I think this model needs properly rigged.

There's no way (as far as I can figure out) to use Sans' forearm bones properly? A human skeleton has overlapping forearm bones, but they can stop doing that for rotation. However, the problem is, I can't make them stop overlapping. They act as one big chunk.
