Stat Modifiers Explained:
HealthMod= 1 - Modifies Max Health Stat, this effects wild and tamed Dinos. StamMod=1 - Modifies Max Stamina Stat, again this effects Wild and Tamed Dinos. WeightMod=1 - Modifies Max CarryWeight stat on wild and tamed dinos DamageMod=1 - Modifies MeleeDamage% Again Wild and Tamed Dinos Both. SpeedMod= 1 - Modifies Speed Multiplier FoodMod=1 Modifies Max Food. CraftMod=1 - Modifies Crafting speed for Crafting dinos(future update for crafting functionality)
Each config will accept values between 1 and 1000.

There is no way to reduce their speed or other stats, only increase?

What about disabling the ability to swim? Flying underwater always looks so silly...
