Someone told me it doesn't matter that it won the arms race, and that the winning weapons have a low chance of actually getting in the game, I try not to believe it tho and I made this post just in case it's true

So even though a weapon wins a contest its still not coming to the game? That is kinda BS if the contest was hosted by valve themselves.
