You need some sort of fading door addon. Typically, most servers and players like me use this addon: http://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=115753588&searchtext=Fading+Door
When you place down a prop and make it a fading door, make the OPEN key (for the fading door) the same as your ACCESS GRANTED key (for the keypad) so whenever the keypad is placed and the code is entered, it'll activate the fading door for however long you set the keypad to keep it open.
People were still replying to this a couple months ago, plus it's a pinned post lol.
Equip the tool gun and click on the "Fading Door" tool on the right side of the Q menu. With it and the tool gun equipped, click on the object you would like to be a door.
