I kinda thought that too. BUt what I also thought is that this hat goes perfectly well with every outfit that was shown in the pictures. THis can be one of those rare hats that just look good with 99% of the outfits on this game.

Quite right.
There are only a few all classes that can achieve that effect.

I sort of think of "Howling Mad" Murdoch from The A Team.
Same hair, but if you dye the cap black, boom. =P
