How can I Change color shift on BG instead of text
Since trying to use plaing white BG with center LOGO. I found that the color shift has effect only on the LOGO not on the white BG. How can it effect on the BG instead of text

Another question is when using slideshow, when all image end and loop back to the 1st image, the effect stop for a moment and change back to Windows wallpaper before coming back to wallpaper engine. How to disable such an annoying thing.

The background has to be a colour. All the colour shift does is change the hue, but if you notice, black and white are the same no matter what hue they are. Try using an image with a red background or something like that and see how it goes.

Just like President Timmy Trump said. White is not a colour. it's a tint. Therefore it is not affected by Hue shift.

If you make the background red for example ( or any other colour for that matter ), it will be affected by the Hue shift :)

As for the second part of your post:

Do you mean the Slideshow functionality of the wallpaper itself, or the slideshow functionality of Wallpaper Engine ( for different wallpapers )

Because if it's the second case, I cannot help you with that unfortunately....
