1 - got to this page: https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1081733658
2 - press the 'subscribe' button (this will trigger Wallpaper Engine to download the wallpaper to it's internal browser)
3 - in Wallpaper Engine's overview screen (main window) you should see this wallpaper
4 - Click the wallpaper to set it as active on your screen(s)
5 - On the right side, you'll see all the settings being loaded within the Wallpaper Engine's window
6 - You can tweak the settings to your liking
