So When I Spawn Anything From This Its Covered In Black Checkers Does Anyone Know Why This Is Happening? :(

No, I have the same problem, and I have all those textures. I had this pack a while ago (months ago) and never had this problem.

guys i found a fix(sort of) http://www.garrysmod.org/downloads/?a=view&id=60739
this is a pack that fixes all the models AND adds some npcs and playermodels. 2 +s. the included tardis entity is crap,but that can be removed somehow. IMPORTANT:i have NO IDEA whether this will fix the checkers,but it did for me so try it out!

It does fix it. But the Playermodel animations are broken for Gmod 13
