Original scripting?
In the wayback when I used to play this map around 2010/11 I specifically remember there being a working train on the undeground tracks near the gunshop. Also the elevators working properly, in the apartment and the freight elevator near the PD. Would this be contained in old versions of dark_rp or would it have been something serverside?

this is problably serverside, or; since this workshop map is a reupload, it couldve been that the original had a working train, and the reupload dosent for some reason. the reupload does have working elevators though.
