I've been playing around with this mod with my friends for a few days and we noticed that the Corpses would stay unless the spawners are removed (Causing lots of lag), I looked into it more and realized that there is an Option to auto clear corpses every minute. It was enabled the whole time, is it broken? I tried using the mod without any other addons and it still didn't work.
