Admin only?
I own a server and I want to use this, but im afraid of spam.

Cool, if you check out the last screenshot you should be able to see all the options before installing it.
By default it will call all Sandbox/Admin Mod hooks, so no one can spawn more NPCs than they could via the Q menu, but there's also an option to restrict the tool to admins only.

Btw, great mod, what are you planing to do next?
Make a fixed version if inpcs maybie? or...?
