Spawning problem
The npcs dont seem to be spawning after the limit of the amount that can be spawned att any given time is hit example 10. Even if its not set to turn off after any amount spawned, i have found that older versions that have been spawned still works. I just wish i knew how to help me, help you, help us all. so if you have any ideas of how i could find the issue let me know.

Could you try disabling all addons except this one please? You may need to restart your game.

maybe it could be an addon confliction. ill try it sometime.

Several people have reported that another addon is breaking this one, but so far no one knows what it is. I'd love to try and fix it, or at least put a warning in the description.

you know it is definitely a conflicting addon i just wish i knew which i guess ill have to search my addons for npc spawn related ones

now its working all of a sudden even with all addons maybe it just needs to be disabled or re-enable and or all your addons

How many addons do you have?
Most people that have this problem seem to have 200+ which makes finding the culprit hard.
I might possibly be able to make some kind of binary search menu script if you're willing to put the time in to use it

that sounds like a great solution, but is it going to difficult to use. either way i will try to find the culprit

this part confused me Type abs start 107821465 into console on the menu state. specifically the menu state thing

My apologies, I was drunk when I wrote that script.
Please download the new version I've just uploaded (same link) and then run the command in console before starting a game, like this

Could you give me more info as to what doesn't work please? A pastebin of your console would be helpful.

well my problem is that when i paste it in nothing happens and it says unknown command ABS
