This addon is almost perfect but need few things
1. ability to set the spawned npc flags values and keyvalues (if better. multiple flag values!)
2. ability to make the spawned npc have a certain relationship with squads in the world. (ex: spawnpoint "A" npcs hate spawnpoint "b" npcs)
