I finally got an update done! It is located here: Update 12/17/18 [jmp.sh]

You can install the update in this way:

1. Download updated wallpaper from link provided

2. Unzip the folder and place it in a folder that is not the desktop

3. Open the Wallpaper Engine Application

4. Locate Neptune Live 2D Wallpaper by typing "Live" in the searchbar

5. Right click on the wallpaper and select "open in explorer"

6. If you have any custom folders; such as the swimsuit models, Nepgear, or Blanc; remove them, as you will need to put them into the update folder once it is in place

7. Go to the layer that has the folder "named" 431960

8. Select the wallpaper number 1078298425, if it is not already selected

9. Drag the wallpaper out from this folder onto the desktop for a fallback if the update fails to work

10. Replace the wallpaper in this folder with the updated version

11. Restart the wallpaper in Wallpaper Engine by selecting another wallpaper and then reselect Neptune Live2D


Change Notes:

Changed the way events are activated. They should now activate yearly, and last for the entire month.
