Hello all. It has been a while since Neptune Live2D has recieved an update. The author, 今天的风儿好喧嚣, has not been online since March of this year. Unfortunetly, as a contributor, I can not update the wallpaper myself. This was not a choice by 今天的风儿好喧嚣, but is something built into the Steam workshop. However, I do wish to continue developing for Neptune Liive2D. There have been several requests over this past year, and I hope to be able to fulfill them.

The way future updates will work will be similar to they way that the Neptune Live2D [Beta] works. I will likely post the update to a file sharing website, with instructions on where to place the file in the Neptune Live2D folders. It may be a roundabout way of updating this wallpaper, but I think that it will work.
