• All lines are now available in English. Given my methods, it's not going to be the very best, and there's risk of mild mistranslations as I didn't have a native speaker to consult with. I did take liberties to make lines less stilted where necessary.
  
• Motion and sound files for lines 92-127 are no longer included, as I was never able to find Japanese subtitle transcription for them, and didn't want to put the work in. There's still TONS of lines here, though.
  
• Improved, reduced file redundancy and made more compatible with Neptune Live2D 2.0. It will now work out of the box without folder renaming.
  
• More known lines have been added to the greet section, to taste. I no longer have the original files to determine how they were supposed to be mapped.
  
• Time-sensitive lines without current available functions in Neptune Live2D are still assigned to "tap_body".
  
• There are still outfit-specific lines that I didn't remove from non-applicable outfits, yet.

While I'm done with this for now, it might be worth it in the far future to outright fork Neptune Live2D to improve it (with permission, of course), that is if I'm smart enough to do so. I'd like implementation for more holiday types (Tanabata, April Fools, Valentine's Day/White Day, the four seasons, etc.), as well as actually implementing the other interaction types where possible (a double click for shake, perhaps, with included visual feedback?).

I could also implement the new outfits from the newer app- but given they are built a little differently (and higher resolution), it might be best to keep them as a separate set which I don't personally feel like doing right now. My release is still the 2015 files.

Instructions for use:

• Open Wallpaper Engine
  
• Right click Neptune Live2D and "Open in Explorer"
  
• Download[drive.google.com] ALL four of these folders and put them inside the live2d folder as shown in the video below:

• Follow the rest of the video for enabling your newly installed Blanc (ignore that file names are different), choosing which outfit you'd like (blanc_general isn't a model, just a global folder for shared assets)

The transcription seems to be from official files, annoyingly incomplete because of one of the paywall tiers. It's no secret I didn't decrypt this myself, I stumbled upon various files thanks to the generosity of a few friends.

Because I had to copy-paste the transcriptions rapidly into the subtitles.json format, it's not impossible I made a mistake. If anyone notices incorrect Japanese text for certain audio clips, please mention or fix.

As for expressions, it's a mix of 今天的风儿好喧嚣's Neptune expressions and the shy expression from Beat Hazardous T.L.'s Noire. I got rid of a couple expressions that didn't work correctly with Blanc's moc as they were currently configured.
