Translation Collection
Please help us with translation! It'll be much appreciated! <3

I'm actually not good at Japanese, only with the help of translators can I understand it roughly, so I can select the suitable dialogues but can't translate their subtitles decently on my own. Need your help!

This will be a long-term thread, I will post the "need translation" subtitles before releasing each update that contains new subtitles.

If you'd like to add a new language, you'd need to post the entire language JSON object, for more information, please check the "Subtitle" section of this guide.

Also you can suggest a better font for the existing languages - I've add a new feature of font specifying for next update, the current fonts are:
[Japanese] MS Gothic
[English] Trebuchet MS,Segoe UI
[Russian] Trebuchet MS,Segoe UI
[Chinese] Microsoft YaHei UI,黑体
[Spanish] Arial

I can translate to spanish, but i have one question. The file subtitles.json have two language, how switch to other language?

Hi! To add Spanish as a new language, you can post like this
{ "locale": "es-es", "name": "<"Spanish" in Spanish>(Spanish)", "description": "...(can be empty)", "font":"...(can be empty)", "subtitles": [ ... ] }
Then I'll add this to subtitles.json!

Hey! Here are some corrections and new lines for the russian language.

9 => "Ой, ну прекрати... Щекотно же!" 17 => "Доброе утро! Чувствую себя сегодня отдохнувшей и супер-пупер прерадостной!" 24 => "Добрый вечер. Люблю это время суток." 42 (New Year greeting) => "Счастливого Нового года! Первое число следующего месяца — его начало. Ну что, зажжём?" 43 (Christmas greeting) => "Счастливого Рождества! Сегодня праздник, а значит, будут и подарки!"

As for the font, any sans-serif font with cyrillic support would be ok. The same fonts that are currently used for the english will look good. That is "Trebuchet MS,Segoe UI".

So it seems I have to translate the two lines into Chinese and English by myself...

Downloaded models few days ago, but the English subtitles bothered me... And so, with my inept translation skills, I went through Neptune, Nepgear, and Noire subtitles. Took me 1-2 days since I'm lazy. Blancs... well... that one is a tad lengthier, so I will get to it when I do (if ever).

My subtitles are in no way better or more accurate. I google translate, listen to it, and translate it as I see fit with my minor Japanese understanding. Was not able to test it on the wallpaper; and, therefore do not know if my translations match the character's style of speech and/or tone.

Thanks, your translations are great! But I've only checked Neptune's subtitle file, as for the others, it's better to post them in their related thread!

And... I found one of them has a better translation, the New Year greeting
あけましておめでとうございます。 1年の芸は元旦にあるんだよ！ さ、初芸披露っ！
can be better with
Happy New Year. One Year's performance is in New Year's Day! Ah, time to show off my first show!
I got this translation from a friend of mine, a native speaker of both English and Japanese :D

That one was... I was not sure if she was referring to her own show, or that someone else's show was going to start (and she can't wait to watch it). haha

Hi! I suggest to change the ugly Arial font (yes, it is really ugly, a bad copy of Heveltica) to an Open Sans font like Montserrat or Roboto, maybe Helvetica, greetings!
