When you get them, you'll need to put them in place and link them in model.json. If you don't know how to do that, just take a look at neptune's model.json, I believe you'll get it then.
Since Neptune's every motion has a related voice, I guess it's the same with Nepgear's. For finding a motion's related voice, you need to find a file named neptune_setting.txt, open it and search for this:
Then the text following from there will show you the bindings of motions and voices.
I know its not perfect because I didnt know much japanese :D
