Missing textured models on icons

So I’ve had this addon installed for a while, and since then I have uninstalled and reinstalled half-life: source, now whenever I use this mod, the icons for the models in the player model selected show the models with no textures, is there a way to fix this?

You need to re-render the spawn icons.
