Both bugs happened in different community campaigns. You can see they didn't actually possess the floating weapon or item then. I didn't encounter similar bug before installing Recurve Bow.

I saw that happen once. It's probably related to the bow then. Thanks for reporting it.

I also found some strange blinking of bow in first-person view, but they wouldn't be like this when dropping on the ground.

Yes and only happened in first-person perspective.

Is it possible to make arrow fix the infected in the wall like crossbow in HL2?

Probably not. I can't think of any way of getting it to work at least.

But I'd like to make a request: Can you put the number of arrows beside the bow so I can see how many arrows I have left?

Unfortunately I haven't found any way of doing that.

When i use your those weapon like flamethrower,there is no fire comes out while i shotting it,why?But the zombies burn when i shot(no fire comes out :/ )
