when you put the file in side of the zombie survival folder into addons is should download meaning you can uninstall the original zs addon off steam
then you enter sh_options in gamode inside of the zombie surival folder thats in the addons then scroll to the bottom and you can find many stuff like pointsave, tier lock, etc
