I'm trying to get pac to work in my server, but for whatever reason the editor will not open. I've tried pac_restart and it doesn't work, I get the line

[PAC3] sv_allowcslua is not enabled or unable to find PAC3 in addons/, loading PAC3 again from server lua

I know for a fact the addon exists, I've replaced the file with the master and the develop file to no avail. I had it working a while ago and then it just decided to stop.
