often times, lighting is completely broken for some of the models and they wont light up in response to the player's flashlight or spawned lamps and lights. whats going on?

edit: i may be able to use a convar to allow projected textures, will try that first to see if its disabled
edit2: its not there, you cant turn on OR turn off projected textures- what the hell? i just updated my PAC3 too by installing again from github
