Hey there, would need some help because my friend could not see my outfit when i was in his game and i could not see his outfit either

we tried everything to fix it, we pressed wear and they could not show on my friends game, we even tried to fix it our self's and the outfits would still not show up, even tried the settings on the options tab and switch them to friends only and they still not show on my screen or my friends screen, we even tried solutions on the pac3 discussion threads on how to fix the problem but again the outfits will not appear

Is there a way to fix this problem?
