whenever i try to put a link to a custom texture in the PAC3 editor it loads up as a black texture, while on my other PACs the custom textures load up just fine, when i try to re-put the link, it loads up as a black texture

the link on the right side is the texture i want to use, i put that link into the PAC3 editor and it loads up just black, if anyone knows how to fix this issue, please tell me
