The same thing is happening to me atm, the URL is valid but in-game the texture is just plain black, previous PAC stuff I made still load up correctly but when I try to manually input the material with a "dl.dropboxusercontent.com" URL it just loads up a black texture

edit: just found that it fails to load any custom URL texture
