I've had the same problem actually, I don't have a fix however but I guess I do have more information? My friends and I all have the same models and mods, I was basically adding a "model" of a jacket to my playermodel with Pac. When I got it halfway done, I wanted to ask a friend how it looked, I went to apply it by clicking "wear" but they said they couldn't see it. I tried a different model just trying to see why it wasn't applying and everything they said they couldn't see. I know for a fact it wasn't the mod I was trying to use on my playermodel, because we all had it. Now I did realize another thing though, my friend was using one of the "default" or "base" things, the "Southpark" base and it wouldn't load when you were close to them, but when you got a certain distance it would pop up for a second then disappear. I don't think it's a distance issue either, because when I was asking my friends if they could see my jacket I asked them multiple times from different angles, all of them said no. If anyone does have a fix that'd be great, I just wanna provide as much details to this discussion as I can and maybe get a fix myself too.^^;

i found a temporary bypass, if your friends dont see yours, tell them to go to the pac3 tab in the utilities section, and press "request outfits"
its tedios but its a solution for now

make sure you dont have empty children

i think i got an solution, Try to download PAC3 Github edititon, it somehow worked for my friend and he can see my costume and i can see his own
