NPC panic/unpanic no longer works.
Whenever attempting to make an unarmed citizen panic, they do not do the panic animation, and will ignore said prompt in the context menu.
I am certain this is due to how the code maybe no longer functions because of a deprecated function, or a rework/change in said function from one of the GMod patches.

This also could be an issue with my end where an addon conflicts with another but I am certain it wouldn't be that.

I just tested it, and it works, just not without weapons.

If you want that to work, you need to enable Episodic behaviors with "hl2_episodic 2" convar.

"ai_debug_readiness 1" can be used to see if an NPC is panicking or not.

So I just tested it with, and without weapons, apparently panic function does not work with NPCs like citizens with no weapons(which is also a default weapon), would it be possible to make it work with unarmed citizens?
