You both must have the same version of the model installed. You do not, hence the issue.

Could be a fact of him having an animation pack. I had some kind of dancing animation thing for my character's default "act dance" command, I would see a silly long dance animation while my friends would see the default gmod dance animation. This also happened with npcs and the Easy Animation Tool. All npcs default pose would be the zombie idle pose.
