what exact code makes animations available for multiple different models? ive been looking at the code for hours now but i just cant understand how it works

It's not part of any addon, it's something that is done at model compile time. This tool only shows whichever animations a model has, nothing else.

This is not a place to ask for coding help.

yes sorry i was confused, had a different addon installed that did that ^^
