Moving only hands
When I try to move chest only is moving a hands and nothing more. How I can fix it?

apply ragdoll stretch to the ragdoll, it's another tool on the workshop. in case if ragdoll parts would be snapping back to their position when you try to move them, increase weight of ragdoll bones with ragdoll weight tool. which is on workshop too
