Apparently, too much dark maps will cause the gizmos do not appear, and maps with so many triggers also cause this problem, like Half Life 2 maps. I believe that whatever im goin to use this tool, i always will use in normal maps like gm_construct and stuff. Thx for the help tho :))
I'm having a similar problem but instead of it not showing up, the gizmo is not where its supposed to be, also moving when I move or just look around, weirdly enough with the chinese version I dont have this problem so I really dont know whats wrong
Ive disabled every addon except for it and it still doesnt look right, at least everything else outside of only the gizmos position (even the gizmo reacts when I select a direction/rotation) is working
2- the closer I get to the bone selected the more the gizmo fixes its visual postion, do you know what could be causing that?
okay, look, I had some outside downloaded content (css, etc) on the addon folder, also rt advanced and seamless portals (in case that can matter), I uninstalled both addons, took all out all outside downloaded content, it didnt work.
But then I factory reseted and now it just works...for some reason?
I'm glad it worked but I'm afraid I'll have to give up maps with hl2 and css requirements for a while
i was thinking that might be the issue. reason for using client's info was due to some nonphysical bones having more accurate info on clients, as i noticed, as fingers wouldn't change their position when you move their parent bones on server. so yeah, perhaps that's what causes this to happen whereas old version with chinese localization doesn't.
also, since that's fixed, would you be able to check if your downloads in gmod folders are empty now? perhaps it was reading weird stuff from there, causing the mess ups somehow. if it's empty, then probably i could ask other people who'll have same problem to clear that folder first to see if that helps, before asking for factory resetting
