Capital letters and non-capitals in one chord?
How do i even play something like [Pue]??

if you ur trying to do [Pue] the only answer would be doing something like this:

P[ue]

the [eu] needs to be very fast after the P

You don't have to play them together at all. Just play the chord extremely fast.

Sheets I create have chords like QtuioAFfhjk - just play it extremely fast.
