Has anyone found anything more about the secrets of the map than I have?

Gnome under the caravan/trailer in the swamp near the river,
Picture #1 is on one of the buildings in the city, the building it is on is against the big cliff-like boundaries of the map, you will have to noclip to it.
Picture #2 is under the broken bridge along the road from the little town. It is hidden inside a concrete tube.
Picture #3 is behind a green cabinet in the the building near the radio station (I call it the school even though it isn't a really one). It's pretty hard to find, but it's there.

Now, if you bring each one to the vaporising room (one of the top hotel floor rooms, it's the one that says 1 gnome 3 paintings on the window), and once each item has been vaporised, you get teleported to a room with a dentist chair in it. It's got big monitors around it, and a smaller computer monitor with the numbers 4 8 15 16 23 42 on it (I don't think it contributes to anything though, it's from something else).

I have no idea what is the solution to any of the Easter egg. Hopefully it doesn't just open the pit in the factory thing!

Anyone else who knows anything about the map's mystery, please post.
(And no, I don't want to decompile the map and look at it that way.)
