Have you tried adding your own URLs?
There is a chance that the current radio stations are offline.
If you add your own it should work fine.
Keep in mind that the radio uses the steam browser and the steam browser is slow
so be patient.

You can play music from youtube but I don't know about itunes. If you can get some url to the song from Itunes I guess it should work.

You also need an internet connection for the radio to work.

Hmm. Steam automatically converted the youtube url to a video clip. :[
If you quote my previous post you should be able to see the url instead of the video clip.

Great! In the mood is a great song. However this must be something you did on your own (and this version isn't very good). You should get the version by Glenn Miller.

Seriously. This isn't anything I've done. There is no default code saying all cars should play the in the mood song. You must have added this radio channel yourself. If you know how to add new ones it shouldn't be a problem to remove it or add new ones.

So I just managed to update SCars slim.
Go to "...Steam\steamapps\YOURSTEAMNAME\garrysmod\garrysmod\data" and
delete the file named "scarradiochannels.txt". You should get the new working ones.
Keep in mind that this will remove the channels you added on your own.

When I try to pick a radio station, not only does it not plat, I don't even get the HUD thing that tells me what radio station I went to. I have added my own radio station and swapped keys, no luck, do you know of ANY addons that conflict? If so, please tell me all of them.

mine only goes to oldies when i have other songs like special stage (us) form sonic cd and it does not play

i deleted the file and it still does not play. i have an internet connection and still nothing D:

For me I can only switch between the first hannel and radio off, can't seem to get the others in the switch hud nor reach them with the radio keys

Ok it appears that at the moment the only radio that works is youtube videos. (Playing Liberty City Rock radio station from GTA:IV using a youtube video link).
