Can someone please help? If I keep trying to fix this I'm gonna ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ snap.

I used precision tool back a while ago but recently got a new computer, thus resetting all my gmod files and settings.
This is fine I can fix most problems.

But the rotation snap degree offset whatever the ♥♥♥♥ is something I can't.
Cause originally when I first installed precision tool, it worked flawlessly.
Now it gives me this ♥♥♥♥♥♥ problem where when I use precision move or weld and rotate the object so it's flat with the object I'm attaching it to it never goes straight.
It's always off in a way that makes it so it rotates down or up either a little or a huge ammount.

I need a fix for this cause so many of my builds just turn out ♥♥♥♥♥♥ and with props rotating in horrible ways.
And if I keep trying to change the offset value to fix it I'm just gonna end up ♥♥♥♥♥♥ off and end up breaking something.
