This will not be changed. If you really need to, you can use Lua for that. Also wrong thread.
I unpacked all addon files (*.gma) and disabled all addons ingame (gmad.exe in gmod/bin - google it). All my addons are working fine (maps, sweps, adv dupes etc) - I won't be getting updates, but I also won't lose random addons when they disappear from workshop.
I forgot to add - extracting addon files and disabling them ingame also fixed every other map that crashed, so it seems that it's just gmod's bug.
