Make it all class so everyone can have fun pretending to be cops and beat up demomen.
Just like the title says! Also this would go very well with "The Law" hat.

And for the Spy, it could have been broken off and whittled to make a shiv.

Or just whittled, no need to break anything considering it's short anyways.
