I think the problem might be the amount of NPCs in the hall. If there was a console comand to remove the heros of sovenguard (think thats how its spelt) it will improve the frame rate.

Did any of you try something such as Razer game booster? If not it will help tremendously, however in my case, since I have more than 80 mods installed and I still run into lag issues because of it at times, it probably won't help me.

Its a Shame, you must have worked really hard on this mod only to find it is unplayable. As suggested by Gorillabot3000 tried Razer, still locks up. Hope it can be fixed.
