Hold the phone i have an idea. What if this weapon was equippable not by pyro, but by all classes. And here's the kicker, it starts out not lit, but can be ignited by friendly pyros in order to do more damage and after burn.

So this would look something like
-20% damage
when lit adds afterburn effect for 6 seconds
fire lasts 10 seconds then goes out.
switching weapons extinguishes the flames.

You can't do stats for an all-class weapon. Maybe one class?

You can't do stats for an all-class weapon. Maybe one class?

Why not the sniper? The pyro can already lit the arrow of his bow, it would be a great idea for sniper and pyro duo. Only a few people know that you can do that, but it would be great.
